Weather Cancellation
- If there is a high chance that the fields will be heavily saturated all weekend or there will be a major/dangerous weather event, the tournament will be canceled by midnight on Thursday. All participating teams will be notified and receive a full refund.
- If it becomes necessary for the tournament to be canceled for one of the two full days due to unusually intense weather, teams will be notified by 8am that morning and receive a refund of half the tournament cost.
- In the event of lightning, play will be discontinued, games may be moved around or shortened, and, when the lightning subsides, we will be back out on the field. We will play through rain/cold so make sure your team is prepared!
